Clinton has worked in estate agency since 1984 and has run Christies Residential (formerly Domus Residential) in Leatherhead since 1987. Clinton is highly experienced in all aspects of residential sales, lettings and property management.

With 10 years in the property industry, Max is dedicated to providing exceptional service at every stage of the property process. As Branch Manager, they lead with professionalism and a client-focused approach, ensuring top results for buyers, sellers, and landlords alike.

RACHEL GILDAY

Rachel joined the Christies Residential team in Leatherhead as an administrator in 1988 and has worked her way up to her current role as the office and lettings manager. Rachel is highly experienced in residential sales and lettings as well as being a very efficient administrator enabling her to run the clerical side of the business in an efficient manor.

PAM CHOULS

Pam has been an Estate Agent in Leatherhead and the surrounding area for over 25 years working as a Senior Negotiator and assistant manager for several local agents prior to joining our team as sales manager in 2007. In addition to being very experienced in residential sales Pam offers a terrific knowledge of the local area where she has lived and worked for most of her life. Pam currently handles the sales progression for Christies Residential.

BEVERLY PERRY

Our lettings negotiator Beverly is another experienced member of the team who has worked in estate agency including in the local area for many years prior to joining Christies Residential in 2006. Beverly has also lived in the local area for many years and her local knowledge can also be very useful.

PAUL WATSON

Paul joined Christies Residential (Leatherhead) in 1987 and has been involved in many different ways over the subsequent years, prior to joining our lettings team as the property manager in 2015. Paul has a good all round knowledge of residential property and the local area.
